Nasyschennaya-Morkovi provides waste management and recycling services to residential and commercial customers throughout Canada. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Waste collection and disposal
• Recycling services
• Hazardous waste disposal
• Commercial waste management
• Construction waste removal
• Special waste handling

2. Service Agreements and Billing

2.1. When you engage our services, you may be required to sign a service agreement that outlines the specific services, frequency, rates, and terms.

2.2. Invoices are generally issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

2.3. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and/or service interruption.

2.4. Prices for our services may change upon prior notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1. You agree to properly sort waste and recyclables according to our guidelines, which may vary by location based on local regulations.

3.2. Prohibited items must not be placed in standard waste or recycling containers. These include but are not limited to:

• Hazardous materials not specifically arranged for special collection
• Flammable, toxic, or explosive materials
• Medical waste
• Certain electronics and batteries
• Construction materials (unless specifically arranged)

3.3. You are responsible for ensuring collection areas are accessible to our service vehicles on scheduled service days.

4. Website Use

4.1. Content: Our Service allows you to access information about our services, contact us, and in some cases, manage your account.

4.2. Accuracy of Information: When using our website to provide information, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.3. User Conduct: You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law or regulation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm the Company or users of the Service

10.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10.2. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
